It may not be a precise tabloid counterpart, the stories it prints are virtually indistinguishable from tabloid fare.

Granted, though unlike the tabloids, its stories do have the benefit of having been published in much larger mainstream newspapers, and can likely be assumed to have had a lot more research done into them than the oft-times made up stories from most tabloids.

But the kid in the article was 15. That would mean that even with legal prostitution it would still be illegal (age of consent is 16 is it not). And since it is illegal it is regulating meaning it would be even harder.
