"Collaboration" does not mean actually peddling drugs and many of them were operations where CIA agents operated as double agents to penetrate drug rings and whatnot.

Much of black poverty is caused by for example the lack of stable families and the lack of importance many families place in education. In addition the US government has tried to do much for blacks (and other minorities in general)-Civil Rights Acts, desegregation, and Great Society programs for a start.

I'm not a fan of Rick Perry and I don't support his politics, his message, or his party, and I'm from Texas! However, the OP is nothing more than pedantic dirt digging and useless mudslinging by Herman Cain. That can work in political campaigns from time to time (see John Kerry re: 2004 Election), but putting it out there as a definite end for Perry in this primary is stupid. It makes Cain look petty, desperate, and thin-skinned.
