Well...

...I'm not sure how interesting it is to see what policy direction Dean will take, after all the man can campaign for himself (and we conservatives can cast his vision in whatever light is convenient). On the other hand, just imagine the sort of atmosphere that would permit a Dean victory, and what that would mean not only for Republicans but center-left Democrats. If America is in the mood for Dean, you would see almost all the battleground states step solidly into the blue. What could possibly cause that?

At the moment I'd be more happy to see Barney running the US than any of the Democrats. Simply because they're incompetent, or at least their current line-up is.

Its like Australia at the moment, I want the Liberals gone on a national level, but right now I also don't want Labor there.

Your evidence for incompetence would be... what?

I just think that the democratic party of recent time hasn't been a true opposition party and haven't held the best interests of the voters in their minds. I'm not saying that the Republicans have, but the Democrats haven't been seen to fight against the Republican actions.

Oh, you "think". Okay, then. That's quite enough support for your accusations of incompetence.

Gee, so now holding an opinion is bad? Come on! I've listened to speeches by all the democratic candidates and all it is, is nay-saying and mindless rhetoric, while GWB extols the virtues of whatever the fuck it is he's choosing to mumble about today.

I don't want to see GWB come back, but the democrats have some serious ground to catch up in my eyes if they want the presidency.
