Guam already voted, and while its votes don't actually count toward the Electoral College (because racism), it apparently went to Hillary by over 70%.

I guess American territories are different? In Canada territories still get to vote, the difference between them and a province is that they are officially under the direct power of the federal government (which doesn't mean that much practically speaking as the Federal government has delegated provincial-like powers to the territories). I take it Puerto Rico can't vote either?

Watching Virginia with a Trump lead, even with only one percent counted, makes me a bit edgy.

I still expect it to go Clinton though, but I have a feeling we've probably lost Florida.

American territories like Puerto Rico can vote in presidential primaries, but not in the general election.

I'm not really surprised that Indiana went to Trump, although I am vaguely disappointed.

Do keep in mind that all of these "wins" have been declared with less than half the reporting polls for each state reporting in at this point (7:50 pm Eastern time). So they're projected wins. Usually pretty accurate, but upsets can and do happen.

Yes, Indiana, Kentucky, and West Virginia are all safe Republican states.

The only big scare thus far is Trump leading in Virginia, but its early yet, and CNN just announced that Clinton now holds the lead in NC and Florida.

Virigina is easy. Just read that Northern Virgina, which is deep blue, wasn't even priced into the calculation yet.
