So, we had a presidential election today (early voting was from 17th to 21st).
At 63.8% of votes counted, Sauli Niinistö holds the lead at 72.2%, with the second place challenger at 12.2% or thereabouts. It's all done and over with, the rest of the vote count is a formality, since the big cities always get the results in later and Niinistö has big support there too. I expect Haavisto of the Greens to end with something like 14-17% of the vote and the right wing Finns Party's Huhtasaari to get somewhere between 7 and 10% (currently at 6.8%).
No second round to this election, which is just as well.

Why is it so goddamned hard to get little assholes like you to admit it when you fuck up? Is it pride? What gives you the right to have any pride?

Oh and just to emphasis there's no signs of foul play here dispite those numbers, Niinistö is just that popular (granted it helps that power of the President of Finland is nowhere close to that of the President of USA).Edi wrote: ↑2018-01-28 01:58pm So, we had a presidential election today (early voting was from 17th to 21st).
