At what point after you have been arrested, cuffed, transported to the station, and are being booked, does fighting with the police improve your situation?

This guy is on the fast track to a living hell.
If not the beatings, there will be administrative actions.
Like housing this kid with known butt rapers, who have been told that no one will be watching them 'tween X and X o'clock.
This guy will get the harshest of treatment, with someone riding him, following him, and when inevitably he can't take any more, BOOM, he will be in solitary 23 hours a day, fed through a slit in his door.
Like the cartoon of the coyote and the sheep dog, when one guard gets off shift, the beating is handed off to the next shit.(figuratively)

The only reason why I am somewhat opposed to the death penalty is just because certain cases have room for the possibility that a person could be falsely accused. However, in cases like this, I fully support the death penalty.

I'm sure that is true, but three innocent people were shot to death. The guy who did it needs to pay.

I got the story from a fella on TBBS who's a sherrif in Alabama. It was a tragedy, and one that every law enforcement person in the state was listening to. The dispatcher put out a 10-100 before she went off the air, so every trooper was after the kid.

Its sad. He shot the 2 officers, then chased the dispatcher to shoot her, then fled in a police car. He probably heard the chatter that they were going to get him "one way or another", and so he surrendered.

And yes, Fayette AL. is a rather small town, probably killed most of the department.

Idiocy or lack thereof aside, all three are innocent. Not necessarily without fault, but innocent.
