The nine judge panel set to review the decision to delay the recall reversed it by a unanimous vote.

Fucking good I say, but there should never have been any ruling in the first place to reverse.

I agree with going ahead with the vote. However, I dont have a problem with someone making a case that the error rates of the punch card machines disadvantage the counties that have them. Ironically, my county does and it is one of the wealthier counties in the state. Anyway, since they were scheduled to be replaced for the March 3rd election, and the citizens elected to intiate a recall before said machines where replaced, I say get the recall overwith in its mandated time frame. Which is what will happen.

He said that if by the time of the election both McClintock and Arnold are on the same ticket we should vote no on the recall.

Dumbass, you wasted a boat load of money for the recall and now your being a baby cause you dropped out of the running.

That's cause he started this crap because he thought that the Republicans would swoop in and take the governership, a bit early. Problem is, if both McClintock and Arnold are running on the same ticket, it's going to be a large divide in Republican voters, because conservative Republicans are going to go with McClintock and more moderate types are going to go with Schwartzeneggar, and the Rupublicans cannot afford to be divided for this to work out for them since California is a primarily liberal state and the democrats simply outnumber the Republicans. Naturally the Republicans are going to want to abort their gamble if it looks like it will backfire.
