Amusing, really. Here's the gist:

Since the RIAA uses Kazaa Lite to attack Kazaa users, the company that made Kazaa is accusing our least-favorite comglomerate of the same thing as their users get called for: Copyright infringement. Since these were unauthorized, and because the RIAA violated the end-user agreements to use the network, they're trying to get them that way.

The suit also returns the claims of antitrust violations on the RIAA's part that were originally tried in July.

Scan for specific songs. Use the 'Search for this user' option. Go after those who have some number of songs.

They probably won't win, but I don't think Sharman really cares. This is all about even more negative press for the RIAA who is already fighting a losing battle with the media.

I guess the RIAA should realize that if they can't stand the heat, they shouldn't file mass lawsuits
