Anything less than Zod is unacceptable. whoever this 'cthulhu' is will have to be eliminated of course, he'll only get in the way of being the unquestionable ruler of the planet Hewston. elections are irrelevant, as Zod is automatically dictator and will crush any opposition. now KNEEL!
