Explosion in Moscow kills 30
An exploding train car killed 30 in moscow this morning. Is this another terrorist attack? Or is it some kind of stupid accident.

Well, it could have been Putin trying to get elected like he did the first time. But no, in this case, it does seem to be the Chechens.
