Yeah, it's the two-fingered salute that can be obscene here (due to Agincourt nd other history) if the back hand is facing the person. I do have to enjoy the rampant hypocrisy of US TV execs who see this as wrong when, as Mike pointed out, there are far juicier targets with a definite moral impact on society.
