Do they really think the taliban care? Probably the only effect it has is making the Taliban fight to the end, because they know they can expect no mercy if they surrender.

The Japanese aid workers were civilians right. And so was that first American.

If they wanted to go eye for an eye, they could have gone for every civilian you behead, we're going to behead one of yours. Though those examples weren't Afghanis.

There are no civilian taliban fighters - and they would be stupid to kill an Afghani civilian.
