Christ, what's this country coming to when the guy's family has to be in protective custody because he didn't break the law? What, do these asshats think someone should pay with their life for making the administration look bad? Or are they military yahoos? And if the latter, what's the deal? I know if some of my co-workers fucked up, I'd be doing everything possible to distance myself, not stir more shit.

You think people would learn that doing the right thing for your country doesn't necessarily involved just flying flags or praising God or eating apple pie. No, What he did I applaud for it yet another stand against the idiocy that engulfed this country four years ago.
This outrageous. Exposing the prisoner abuse was right thing to do. People should be supporting him for that. Threatening his family implies they are supporting the prisoner abuse which violates the rules of war.
