I never considered Peoria part of the Quad Cities but I guess it's in the "region".
It looks like most of the crap is happening in Illinois and not Iowa.
The firefighter was arrested in Chicago, although I don't quite understand why a LeClair newspaper was the one reporting the story.
By the way, I graduated from Bettendorf High School back in 1987. I still have a Great Uncle and Aunt who live in Moline. This summer was the first time I'd been back to the Quad Cities in over 10 years.
