MSN Messenger Befuddlements

Post by DPDarkPrimus »

So, I try starting MSN Messenger on the computer at my dads. It connects, and a few seconds after it finishes logging in, it gives me a "Has committed an error and has to be shut down" message.

Strange.

But it's also giving me it at my moms house. I've run Norton, and I'm not seeing any sort of trojan or anything. What gives?

Usualy restarting the program helps.

If not, I say just redownload it.

Some of the older versions die after a few seconds because of the new network. The programs at my uni are one of them. Elli has suggested I use Miranda or Trillian at Uni, but I spend such a small amount of time there I havn't had the chance to. It's easier to come home though, and have the full force of my personal broardband connection behind the computer :P
