Sony Customer Service

Post by Cal Wright »

All I can say is DAMN!!!

I bought my brother a PS2 when they came out for christmas. Since then my nephew plays it the most and trudges from his house to my mothers. I think that caused this problem. The system would make a horriable grinding and clicking sound when opening the tray. When you inserted anything in, all you would get was a read disc error and the constant clicking sound. I called customer service one morning and the lady was extremely helpful, polite and very nice to boot. She even chatted with me about my questions regarding GT4 and the Network adapter with broadband through a router. I got the information in my email that day and I sent the system off a few days later. The email showed no charge. That was a few weeks ago. The system came back today, in fine working condition. Woot!!!

It is a sign of the end times when customer service does something usefull. COme with me to my bunker so we may have a massive orgy before the four horsemen of the apocolypse get here...

But yeah. That's good.
