Basically your system is really, really messed up. Given the entries in your HOSTS file, I think you've got CoolWebSearch, so download CWShredder (alternate link from PC World Magazine since spywareinfo.com is down for the moment).

Just to be safe I'd delete all BHOs too. Any of them you need can easily be re-downloaded, and it'll be sure to kill any browser hi-jacking you may experience.
I usually consider hijack this a last resort tool. Before running any of this stuff I'd run at least two different anti-virus programs, then run things like ad-aware, spybot S&D, CWshredder, ect. If it's still not clean, then use hijackthis. But since you've got it up already, you may as well clean out what was already pointed out.

Well, the entries you say are CWS, well, I put them there to try to get to a site Phong linked in the FAQ thread that had various programs for combating bots.
And oldwordpad.exe is mine. I don't like the WordPad included in XP, since it can't save to Word 6.0 .doc, so I slipped in the older Windows version of WordPad.
