Why is my browser not displaying this board properly?

I keep getting this kind of thing...

Its quite annoying. I just reinstalled windows and all my browsers and the like and this has just started happening...Im at a loss, and its driving me nuts!!!

Any suggestions? Oh nd Im using Firefox 0.9

I did, and it was just as bad. So i downgraded to what I was using before the format.

Its fucking irritating because this is the first time its happened and I can't figure out why.

Well have you tried clearing out your cache?

Hit CTRL F5. If it renders correctly, clear out your cache (or if you're on broadband, set it to zero since you won't reap any benefits of it being enabled). You can also try right-clicking and selecting "View Image". If the image loads, click the back button. That image should load properly.

Just curious, but have you tried pinging multiple sites to see what kind of ping times you get for each hop? It really sounds like you have a connection issue.

Try changing your forum skin and seeing what happens.

Sometimes this can be a result of the bbs server slowing down.
