Video card woes

Post by Captain tycho »

My video card, apparently, stopped working a few minutes ago for reasons unknown. I tried reinstalling it, but Windows keeps saying the software on the card's disc doesn't support XP. :banghead: Does any have any suggestions on whats going on? The card is a Geforce FX 5200.

Well, you can try downloading the latest drivers from nvidia.com. Now, what works and what doesn't? I'm assuming 2D works, since you're posting and trying to reinstall your drivers. Do any 3D games work?
Artillery. Its what's for dinner.

Weird. I have a FX 5200 too. Download the driver's from NVidia's web site, then download and install DirectX 9c.
