Godzilla: Save the Earth

Post by Tsyroc »

This game is supposed to be out for the PS2 already and will be out for the X Box later this month (Nov 22 I think). I was wondering if anyone had played it yet and whether it was any good?

The trailer that was on some recent Godzilla DVD releases made it look pretty decent and somewhat similar to Godzilla: DAM Melee that was released to Game Cube and PS2.
By the pricking of my thumb,
Something wicked this way comes.
Open, locks,
Whoever knocks.

From what I've seen, it has to be at least better than the first game...

Destroy All Monsters was cool! Any 2P-only game kinda loses something though... damn Xbox for being so crap!

Waiting for the X-box version but from what I gather it's basically G:DAMM only more so. More monsters, more arenas, minigames, etc.

Can't wait for it to come out for the X-box so I can get some 4-player mojo going with my friends.

Reviews I've read say it's basically only for G-freaks, the rest of the world will be put off by the shallowness and general choppiness and sluggishness of the fight engine, and the fact that all the monsters are pretty similar in action
