How humourous searches come up

I was wondering what mechanism people used to set up the fact that google returns President Bush's webpage when they do searches for 'Incompetent idiot" Or whatever it is that you search for. Does any one know?

It's known as Google bombing. Basically, lots of people link to the page using the text they want related to it.
