For the AAR, presuming any of us survive, or that there is an afterlife that I can nag you in:
Bad things:
1. The order to fix bayonets should have been given to anyone using a weapon so equippable, keeping a zombie off of you is a lot easier if you actually have purchase, and a gun barrel is unlikely to do anything but slide off the undead's flesh.
2. Specification of weapons in use: If anyone is using an M16, they are wrong. At the very least, M203s should be the order of the day. Anyone using a revolver deserves at the absolute least a very close shave.
3. Everyone should be at least in full MOPP gear, it won't prevent you from being torn to pieces, but it will drastically prevent casual infections.
