I've got a chance on 2 differance LCD's, need to know which one to pick(slight chance of both).
1) Samsung SyncMaster 19inch 913N
8ms refresh. 1280X1024 native resolution, 1:800 contrast.
2)Samsung SyncMaster 710N 17 inch
12ms refresh, 1280X1024 native resolution, 1:600 contrast.
Advice? except for the fact its looking weird to me that both have the same res.
2 possible LCD's, help me chose

1280x1024 on my 17" LCD makes my 300 degree eyes squint when I'm looking at text, and downwards interpolation just sucks. You should check out a 17" LCD and see how usable that resolution is to you.
They've both got great response time. If you could afford it I'd say go for the 19" 913N because it's bigger, easier to read and just as functional. The downside is that downwards interpolation on the 913N is still pretty bad - you'll never want to use less than full resolution, except with some games. And oh the viewing angle's not too great. But for personal use, 913N all the way. Bigger screens are just mich more comfortable and immersive.
