My monitor is slowly getting darker, and the fact that my Radeon is at least 3 times as dark as my NVidia was (weird I know) means that even with many games in game gamma being topped out and radlinker gamma through the roof (on those games that it actually effects) I still have problems seeing in "dark" areas.
Is there a program or something that just bumps overall screen brightness/contrast values without being a graphics driver? Just something to tell the monitor to be brighter, as its pissing me off, but not enough for me to buy a whole new monitor (that I just can't afford right now).
GAMMA! A software/hardware fix for a dying monitor?

Found an awesome program called GAPA.
It overlays its gamma/brightness/contrast settings ON TOP of what ever else you have running (even drivers and programs with locked brightness) and you can bind hotkeys to certain profiles so you can switch between them IN GAME if need be.
My problems have been temporarily solved.
