It was playable on GameCube at E3.m112880 wrote:I thought I heard some where it was going to be on the Revolution but then again in the past three days I've been hearing a lot of different things from E3.If you be "new system" mean the Revolution, then you're wrong. It's a GameCube game
Well in that case my mom wont have to buy a new system.
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess E3 trailer

You sure its the little boy? IIRC IGN said it was the woman.Dooey Jo wrote:Where? I can only see the little boy tied up in the trailer...Praxis wrote:They said on IGN that the girl got shot but they were unsure of whether she died. She was shown tied up later, but limp.
You can spot it in the trailer in fact.

Pretty sure. If you look closely as the camera moves away, you can see that the person is wearing a skirt. Check the other video and you will see that the boy has an identical skirt. The woman has pants, similar to Link's. Also, the colour of the hair doesn't quite match the girl's...Praxis wrote:You sure its the little boy? IIRC IGN said it was the woman.Dooey Jo wrote:Where? ....I've just noticed something.
Here is a screenshot from the cloaked girl from the trailer, whom I believe has already been identified by official sources as the new Zelda. (If she hasn't, it doesn't change my little theory much, given that we do know at least that she's the Princess of Hyrule)

However...this is not the first image we've been given of a Zelda for this game. Take a gander at this.

Now, take a good long look at both of them again. Notice any big differences? The apparent age, size, and build do not match. I'll grant that it's hard to determine her size and build in that robe (and that those appear to be matching hair pieces), but simply from the partial shot of her face we have, I couldn't place her out of her teens, unlike how the Zelda from the 2nd piece of art appears.
Remember, we have been told that this game is set "decades" after OoT. How many decades, I don't believe they've said. However, despite the gap between the games being so relatively short...we know there is a new Link...and we don't yet know if the Twilight Princess is Zelda
Assuming that this older picture hasn't since been invalidated (It was released on April 27th though, so I hardly find that likely)....I propose that the time span between these games is short enough that we will, for the first time, be seeing two seperate Zelda's in the same game. The first, the now grown up Zelda of OoT. The second, our young dark haired friend, the "Twilight Princess" from the E3 trailer, presumably the daughter of the original Zelda.
As for the father if this proves to be true, I refuse to speculate at this time. ^^;;

Not the same build? Umm... one has big shoulder pads on her dress and the other is wearing a big cloak. How exactly are you seeing that their builds are so different?
Also look at Zelda with sword. Notice how the center piece of her crown looks? Goes down to about eyebrow level and then ends with a flat edge. Compare that to what Cloaked Zelda has at eyebrow level. Looks pretty similar, doesn't it?
Their eye colors also matc pretty well considering one is a drawing and the other is in the Twilight Realm.
Also the Zelda with the sword is a concept drawing, while the cloaked one is an ingame version. Small changes are to be expected there.
