Not to be morbid, but has there been any game in which you can actually kill children.

I know that there's kids running around in certain areas in Deus Ex, but I never tried killing one of them.

Some RPGs have children in them that are killable.

And, of course, in System Shock 2 you kill dozens of poor, defensless annelid larvae. Won't someone please think of the larvae?!

They can bite.

And I'll second Fallout. It's really graphic, too, if you fire a burst from an automatic weapon, it will rip off the kid's head and arms, leaving just a bloodied stump.

Basically any of the Falloutesque Games.

Fallout, Fallout 2, Arcanum.

Lesse. What else. Em. There was a zombie shooting game with undead babies. Forgot what it was called.

You certainly can murder kids in Fable. Even when you're at the 14 year old stage.

Em. There's kids in Red Alert 2 I remember, as random civilians who flee from your tanks and such. I remember blowing up a gas station where one ran to with a Scud...

Edit: OH! Republic Commando. You kill LOTS of Genosian Children. Dozens of them.

That's all I can think of.

You kill younglings and young padawans at the Jedi Temple in the Ep III game.

Warcraft 3. Timmy's killable, IIRC, and so are the other kids.

Have a very nice day.

I don't remember killing younglings. I remember killing padawans, but not younglings.

Any in the Postal series? A twisted game franchise if there ever was one.

When you killed children in Fallout 2, you get the "Child Killer" description on your character sheet. It's a very good description of just what an evil bastard you are.

Yup, it was part of a proud litany of Evil Bastards my evil character had along with Slaver and Grave Digger. I also had Made Man, so you could tell what sort of character I played.

I have. Yes you can kill them, just like you can kill the homeless people, your fellow soldiers(usually), scientists, HKPD, clubbers, chinese folk, new yorkers, the frenchies, cats, dogs, rats, mole people. Basicly if you can, I've killed it in Deus Ex.
