MAME and Winkawaks. MAME is a biiiiiitch to set up though.
"Right now we can tell you a report was filed by the family of a 12 year old boy yesterday afternoon alleging Mr. Michael Jackson of criminal activity. A search warrant has been filed and that search is currently taking place. Mr. Jackson has not been charged with any crime. We cannot specifically address the content of the police report as it is confidential information at the present time, however, we can confirm that Mr. Jackson forced the boy to listen to the Howard Stern show and watch the movie Private Parts over and over again."

get winkawaks then. it's relatively simple though doesn't support as many titles as mame does.

Odd. MAME worked like a charm for me and it's not like I bothered configuring anything in the first place.
'Next time I let Superman take charge, just hit me. Real hard.'
'You're a princess from a society of immortal warriors. I'm a rich kid with issues. Lots of issues.'
'No. No dating for the Batman. It might cut into your brooding time.'
'Tactically we have multiple objectives. So we need to split into teams.'-'Dibs on the Amazon!'
'Hey, we both have a Martian's phone number on our speed dial. I think I deserve the benefit of the doubt.'
'You know, for a guy with like 50 different kinds of vision, you sure are blind.'

Does MAME work through Windows? It said it had to be run through a command prompt or something like that.

The one I have certainly does.
I'd give you a version number or some such but I can't find the bloody CD right now.
EDIT: I just did. It's MAME32 Version 0.31
The readme has the following links that might (or might not, didn't check) help you:

you might want to check out zophar.net as well. they're a great source for emulators and emulator front ends. (not roms though).

Just a reminder, do NOT post ROMS or links to ROM pages here.

Yeah, try Mame32. It's often a version behind 'proper' MAME, but fuck using that ridiculous commandline. I didn't know what you meant when you said 'hard to set up', and then you asked if there was a windows version. It's all clear now.
