Beware using IE with SD.Net

Post by Darth Wong »

I've been alerted to some kind of XSS Exploit in IE that allows people to steal cookies and get into webboards like this one. I know it works with people who use auto-login, but it may also work if you are browsing a malicious site while logged into SD.Net.

So, while I know this is kind of redundant since so many people have said it for so many other reasons already, it's really best if you use a browser that is not IE.

Is Lynx a good browser for SD.Net?

Or would I be better off with links, or elinks?

Yup, its a client side problem. Not something a FW/router is even ment to handle.
