Is there any way to save a macrmedia flash movie from a webpage?

I don't know what you plan to do with it (I prefer the View Source method, then search for .swf in the page) but just be warned that most have a password lock to prevent editting or use of the source material. You can repost it, but not much else.

I used to find the movie's address with the source, then open it straight up and save it somewhere, but these days, I usually just get the address and send it off to my download manager. Some might be able to download the thing from its initial place without having to muck about ith the source and that stuff.
This has been another blunder by you friendly local idiot.

If you get Firefox's Adblock extension, it's really easy to see the URL of a flash file.
