I'm talking to a friend of mine over msn messenger, and she tells me she can't see any websites. Instead she gets the following error:
403 forbidden
Forbidden
You were denied access because:
Access denied by access control list.
I've never come accross this before, and I was wondering if anyone can guess what the problem might be.

Firewall or if she's at work the sysads have set up a 'mommy' program to block any sites they consider 'untrustworthy'.
