Spamassassin/exim silly buggers

I'm trying to set up a mail server running the following:

Fedora Core 4
Exim v4.54
Spamassassin 3.0.2

I'm wanting a little more finesse than the basic binary classification, so I want to do different things with an incoming message depending on the score spamassassin gives it - like drop really high scoring spam into the bit bucket, and tag and pass everything else.

Any exim or spamassassin-knowledgeable people able to lend a hand?
