If some of you might have not noticed, when sending a message via ICQ(Clone) that most people might have not been responding. It's because ICQ in it's brillance had gone and changed the ICQ protocol again. What that means is even if your on the offical ICQ program, Unless you have whatever the latest version of ICQ is, your not going to be able to send.recieve messages.(This effects anyone who doesn't have the latest updates to miranda/trillian/GAIM or even the original ICQ client Version <8 )
So my suggestion is update.
