Part of this process is to create buttons for the civilisation's flag/leader etc.
I have the images I want to use, and the border image, though I don't know how to put one over the other.
For reference I'm using Gimp.

Over the past few days, I've been making a CivIV mod which will allow you to play as Australia.
Part of this process is to create buttons for the civilisation's flag/leader etc.
I have the images I want to use, and the border image, though I don't know how to put one over the other.
