Well whatever it is... they better fucking fix the action point system. Basically unless you got ten agility, maybe nine you were fucked in Fallout since you could only shoot once instead of twice halving your firepower every turn. So there really only was one way to make a character, 10 agility, and get the bonus action point feats both times so you can use a burst costing weapon that costs 6 action points. And the free move feats, and the faster shooting feats so in the end you could end up bursting three times. Or maybe even with a fastloader and magnums, fire 2 action point costing shots to the eyes and kill six guys every combat round.

I don't mind if they tinker with that since I was pretty sick of making the same characters with high action points over and over. When the shit hits the fan it doesn't matter if your character's stealthy or not, he needs to kill and there wasn't any way to kill unless you had high action points and got combat feats.

It's more than just an easy cut and past. The gun at the bottom isn't a Fallout gun--shotguns are either brown or look like super shotguns from Quake IIRC.

And there wasn't any clone soldier in Fallout 2 or Fallout.

Though if it was a real Fallout combat the little box would be open on the bottom right with the end turn and end combat buttons, so it's not perfect :P.

I liked the Continous Turn Based system form Fallout Tactics. It worked well in that game, but it would have been even better in an RPG where you only control 1 guy.
