Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-USB2 MCE-Kit
I'm looking for a good tuner that can also record. I have a laptop, so it needs to be an external one. This one appeals to me because it interfaces with WME, which sounds attractive to my ignorant mind. I also want one that allows me to burn what I record.
Is this TV Tuner Good?
