Saving Flash animations

Post by kheegster »

Does anyone know how to save Flash animations from a website? I'm using Mac OS/X with Safari?

Look for the link to the SWF file in the HTML source code and try to download it.

Firefox has an extension called "Amazing Media Browser", which lists all the "media" playing on the page (including flash animations). Then you either copy-paste the full link into your download manager, or have AMB try to download it itself (I've found this doesn't always work.)
