Am I mistaken or did Sisko identify himself to the Romulan captain as "Lt. Cmdr"? Wasn't he at least a full Commander when he took command of the Defiant?

He was among those that helped develop the Defiant project. He wasn't assigned to DS9 at this time, IIRC.

Legacy for PC shipped to stores on Tuesday, though apparently no one has a copy yet :/ 360 version is out on the 15th, worldwide.
