The thing that annoys me most is the 1.5 trillion credit limit. If a single country on a single planet can run an 8+ trillion dollar debt, then my Death Star should be more than a mere 1.5 trillion (of course I don't know what the conversion rate is, but still).
I know it's game mechanics, but damn it all I want more than a middle-of-the-road battlestation. I want to max all of those stats, damn it all! Superlaser, composite superlaser, super-wank armor, 500km diameter, Hypermatter reactor level 5...
Basically, all of the good options. Frankly, if I can't wank furiously over all it's attributes, it's not much of a superweapon.

Yeah, it seems that most of the highest scoring ones are along these lines: the 500km hull, composite SL with tributaries and advanced targeting, low level reactor with decentralized exhaust and regulators, quadanium armour and 2x shields OR quantum wank armour, basic low level guns, no silly trash compactors or yadda.
Also, this one of yours has only a 1:6000000 chance of being attacked successfully.
