Is there someone in your guild named Gozer?

Anyway, my first impression of Burning Crusade were pretty favorable. I haven't really upgraded any of my Tier 2+ gear year, though sadly I found an ungrade for my Fish Terminator and Malfurion's Blessed Bulwark as soon as I stepped into Hellfire Penninsula (two pieces of gear I thought I wasn't going to replace). So far I like the instances and I like the encounters, though on the world end there are too many quests that are of the "Go to Face Fucker Ridge and gather 20 Face Fuckers Proboscises. Return of Overlord Snorkrack. Reward 2 Gold" format for my taste. I'm sorry, but if you want me to trek around hell's half acre killing Face Fuckers for 25 minutes and having to deal the five million Alliance there farming the place, you are going to have to pay me more, dude.

What I don't like is that Blizzard's servers are completely unable to handle peak hour traffic. The Alleria World Server goes down constantly. Once people settled down, it will be better, but right now it's hard to tolerate.

To the first...the saddest part is I've yet to see quest areas that DON'T have that. Every area is literally "Get this, kill 20000000000000000000 of these fuckers, and oh yeah kill head goober Boobarin, then go to their fortress of Pussdick and kill Grand Master Poon."

I love the new look, but the quests are getting a tad similar.

And the second....I think almost everywhere is that and is why I do shit like "Okay, the Balance Druid and my Fury warrior are going to 2-Man UBRS because I want to see if we can."

To be fair, they have some cool quests in there. I legitimately loved the Bombing Run quests you get in Hellfire and beyond where you fly around just blowing shit up and it's kind of cool to burn down buildings.

Plus, I think the Instances in the game are a really good size. Those are going to be alot of fun in Heroic mode.

The one negative aspect I've seen about BC so far has to do with the recently-implemented healing spell downranking nerf. Basically, as Boneweaver levels, her low-rank heals (Which are effective due to a monolithic amount of +heal gear) become less and less effective, and I'm forced to rank up to keep pace. Now, i've replaced VERY little gear, due to not being a scrub going in, and as such my healing has gotten less effective as I level, not more. That's fucking obnoxious.

As for the world servers, meh, they come, they go. Maybe I've become immune to it, having been a raider back in the day when the instance servers were as stable as a lopsided gyroscopic pancake.

Yeah, I'm a bit immune to server death, but it still is annoying when it's World Server is DOWN, about 48 times in a night. The best part though is I still keep the XP...so it's oddball leveling.

And WH did note one thing I found just funny as fuck. The bizzare stealth nerfs they've done on coefficents of leveling and old gear. Literally it's become less effective EVEN if it is stronger then TBC gear. Priests got hit the hardest since they recieved no warnings, though Mages and Warlocks feel the bite when they aren't as effective, and DoTs aren't nearly as good anymore. Blizz went weirdo with the nerf bat this time around.

As for new stuff, they need more fucking tank gear honestly. I've found easily some DPS warrior gear, but I'm still holding onto pieces of Wrath because replacements are weird and few. It's either not a Dreadnaught replacement, or it's not a good upgrade for anything. And tanking for me has almost become better to do dual wield at times or just have ask my druid friend can she go bear form so she holds aggro while I act like a Rogue.

No shit, sherlock. 70s in T3 are fairly common, that's REALLY hard gear to replace, as crazy as it is.

Also, on a complete side-note, ow, 5k mana burns suck. Ow ow ow.

No, but if there were, I would feel cheated, haha. I don't know what to expect when other people start using Ghostbusters mythos names.

It's the same in Europe, at least on the big servers like Earthern Ring, that's part of the reason why my friends and I migrated, though I keep wanting to go back and chew some shit up and get better gear, but the outland area was dying every 40 minutes at least, I've not checked back recently, but it's probably still fucked.

I don't know what you guys are experiencing, but on Bleeding Hollow, it seems to be pretty stable. I'm usually not the one playing, but on the other hand I haven't heard of any major bitching from my father or guildies about server crashes.

As a side note, damn those Alliance fuckers. They've finally started to figure out that they completely outnumber the Horde in the Outlands and are now making mini death squads.

The fucked up part is that I generate next to no rage in T3, because I get hit for next to nothing or I get hit for waaay too much. The only reason I keep Dreadnaught? The 2-4-6 piece bonus are utterly fucking fantastic.

Thus Tier 3 armor is eh at best...with only the bonus being kept(hell I see tanks in 8/8 wrath because of the bonus, even if they are being gang raped). That honestly is shit item customization given I've seen better gear but not without losing something that allows me to hold aggro.

I'm grinding out from 55 to get my lock into Outland. I got so bored with wandering around with my Mage for a few months stuck at 60 that I started a demon-lock, and goddamn its so much more fun than the Mage that I havent brought it into Outland yet. Hah now I'm the lowbie of the guild

You're both right on that one, but I wouldn't mind it so much if it wasn't kill X puppie, or Y bug, or Z fish for tail/stinger/fin that has a 0.05% drop rate. I'm a fucking TAILOR you fucks! At least have me grinding on humanoids so they can drop some of that oh-so-sweet Neatherweave that is making me a bundle! Sheesh.

Also I've found - and this is just bizzare - in Terokkar Forest; 63/64 lvl mobs are dropping Runecloth! What the :?: Runecloth? Man that sucks.

....making you money, Crown? Lol, clearly you aren't an enchanter. For me, it goes something like this.

-Get netherweave
-Make shit
-Disenchant shit
-Enchant shit
-Grumble at powerfucked enchanting skillups

Dude, I make money off of Imbued Netherweave. Mostly because I got two hours of farming either instances or just regular and green drops practically from the sky.

And I have some hideous Enchanter/Jewelcrafter Alt that I also am raising to 70.

I can give some reccomendations for this because it is painful.

1. Huge Emeralds and Azerothian Diamond. Have lots, you will need them for the push to 300, and it is fuckload cheaper to get those by Thorium prospecting then building the Arcanite bullshit some reciepes call for.

2. Have loads of Gold and Truesilver. There's a reciepe in the mid 200's that is nothing but this shit.

3. USE EVERY ROCK. Seriously it's a fast way and it is helluva easier on the pocket book.

Okay for a real breakdown, here goes:

Start with Copper wire rings, then use all your rocks from the copper mining.

Make Bronze settings(you'll need more of these then you know).

Make Coarse stone statues.

Make Silver Ring to around 90.

At 90-91 Make Gloom Bands to 110

Make Heavy Stone statues.

Make whatever you can to 125. At 125, get Heavy Iron Knuckles. Have an alchemist make Elixer of Ogre's strength(very low reciepe....every alchemist should have it). Do this for almost 160-170. Keep trying to 180...but if you can't there should be a couple Jade reciepes around then.

Get Mithril Filgree at 180, raise to get Solid Stone statues.

Make Solid Stone statues when you can.

Around here, look for the cheap stuff. Usually it'll only require one gem, maybe two. Do ONLY those.

around the last home stretch of 260-300, pull out all the Truesilver, Thorium and make those...there are some really cheap Star Ruby reciepes.

Then for the final 275-300...make Huge Emerald/Azerothian Diamond stuff. They usually require 1-2 gems and only a few Thorium ingredients.

Note: On prospecting....it gets nastier as the higher materials needed. It starts at 100%, at Mithril it becomes around 85%, at Thorium 75%, at Fel Iron 60%....I've yet to try higher mats.
