Have they actually fixed the biggest bug in the game - the only one "gunner" per vehicle thing?
Goddamn, if that is fixed, then I cannot wait. If not. Eh. I'll just keep OFP.
Armed Assault query for those who have played it.

The UH-60 has two gunners for the left and right miniguns and the tank commander now can aim and fire their machine gun independently of the gunner. So yes, it's in and hopefully it's not just limited to 2 gunners per vehicle.
Now if they'd only make it so that the Shilka actually appears to fire from all four of it's barrels rather than just one.

I was way more bothered by the lag. I appreciate the concept, but in the session I tried it was de facto hard to do any coordinated action.

The only problem is that AI is as shitty as ever. I mean, OFP boasted some pretty advanced stuff (remember all the graphs, the fancy "AI vision" cones in some of the articles) but the bottom line was that AI could not navigate properly through a city.
Its slightly better in ArmA, but leading your squad through a city ridden with enemy is just damn annoying.
And it still revolves around queing of animations, altho they managed to hide it using much shorter animations.
Im waiting for some patches.

Would this be impressions from the demo?
