LCD Cleaning

Post by Arrow »

I've got a new LCD, and it looks like it has some residue on the screen (it looks like it's there when the screen's off). Wiping it with a dry cloth does nothing, so what kind of cleaning solution should I use on it?

Damp cloth works well, so I've found. Doesn't evenneed to be very damp, just slightly.

Thanks for the replies. Unfortunately it's not residue, but honest to goodness banding. FRAK.
