In search of a Morrowind mod

So I'm about to play Morrowind again (as I've never finished Tribunal and Bloodmoon) having just finished Shivering Isles for Oblivion (awesome, btw) and am trying to track down this mod for it I had on my old PC.

Basically, what this mod did was place merchants with lots of cash at the the various temples so you could pick up loot, cast mark, cast intervention, arrive at the nearest temple, sell all your shit in two seconds flat (they'd be standing right there), then use recall to warp back to the dungeon.

Buggered if I can remember what it's called though?
