Ewido Anti-Malware is a good program, so is Webroot Spysweeper. I don't know if Ewido is free (wasn't when I last used it, just a limited time tral version) but hose also work with Spybot S&D and also with the free version of Ad-Aware.
The current trial versions of Webroot Spysweeper only have detection capability, though, not removal properties, so it's fairly useless.
For links:

http://www.javacoolsoftware.com (SpywareBlaster)
You could also try the Norman Malware Cleaner.

It probably won't do anything about the rogue program on your machine, but giving it a shot can't hurt. You don't even need to install it, just boot into safe mode and run the thing, as per instructions. Nifty little thing, that one.

Ok, I'm home and have gotten rid of the spyware short of a program called
Spylocked that has put an icon on my taskbar that every 30 seconds or so puts up a warning saying that the PC is infected with spyware and we need to install Spylocked, yada yada etc. Anyone have anyidea how to remove this? Adaware, Spybot S&D and Hijack This doesn't seem to have done anything. Near as I can tell it's not actually doing anything. It's just annoying.

Unfortunatly the page was of no help. None of the solutions presented removed it. And the program they have on the page to do it automatically wants you to pay to remove spyware. I'm not quite at that level of frustration quite yet.
