Pick a good attack of a type that's not already covered by the moves you've got selected.

What are the Atk and Sp. Atk stats on him like? Depending on which one is higher (and its nature), you'll know whether to go with a physical or special move (you have one of each right now with Surf and Ice Beam). Once that's been determined, the list of possible moves will be rather short.

edit: OU or Uber? I have literally zero multiplayer experience with pokemon. ^^;

help would be good... I think I also have a Rhyperior, Machamp, and Golem waiting to happen.
