Need help selecting an MP3 player

Post by Jaepheth »

I'm considering buying an MP3 player and I was looking at Creative Labs' Zen Stone Plus and SanDisk's Sansa Clip

Any suggestions, comments, anecdotes, or arguments for/against either of these?

When I saw the thread title I was thinking "Zen Stone." I like its simplicity and price.

I currently have a 4gb Zen Micro Photo, but I'm going to give that to my sister and get the regular Zen Stone (don't need a display).

Zen Stone, it's friendly with audiobook folks, and it's more durable than the Sandisk.

Also the software for the Stone is damn good, but I can't comment on what the Sandisk comes with.

I have a Zen V Plus right now and if their quality extends down the range, the Stone would be a good choice.
