The web interface can be used to change dierection of development of the city pictured on the screen. A bit like a very basic SimCity, I suppose.

I don't know what that site is trying to do, but it gets stuck in some sort of refresh loop.

To improve Bispham, you only have to give the following links to your friends or post them in your blog. Each different click will improve Bispham!

If you click on the link, it improves his city. That's all it is, clickspam. A contest to see who can trick people into clicking on links they post.

I've seen more than once dick get banned for adding them to sigs, but I checked there is no formal rule either in announcements section or the announcement of the G&C forum.
