COA Confusion
According to the Microsoft Website, a Certificate of Authenticity is not a software license. If I understand, as long as you have the COA, you can legally install it on your computer so what is the difference?

Let me add a bit more....
If you have a COA label on your computer but do not have the disks and reload the OS from someone else's OS disk, is that legal?
