Yeah, they tend to assume that you got cables for all of your SATA ports with your mobo, which is usually the case unless it's a pre-built PC, it's an OEM mobo, or your mobo manufacturer is ludicrously cheap. 
You should be fine power-wise, though, since I assume it came with an molex-SATA adapter. Both of mine, which I noted earlier are the same model as yours, each came with one.
