To put it simply, the developers have ripped off from the following games:

The Elder Scrolls III: Oblivion,
-Unreal Tournament 2004,
-Unreal Tournament 2003,
-Diablo II,
-Thief: The Dark Project,
-Thief: Deadly Shadows,
-Crysis,
-Silent Hill 4: The Room,
-Return to Castle Wolfenstein,
-Painkiller,
-Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines
-World of Warcraft.

I shit you not.

So far, the publisher's attempts to reach the developer have not been successful, given that the team has apparently been on vacation after completing development on Limbo.

Surely you mean Oblivion, not Morrowind. Those are Oblivion graphics and the Oblivion interface, after all.

EDIT: Bah, the second one is a comparison from Oblivion. I am a dummy.

Are the developers of this game so fucking stupid as not to realize that people will notice this shit?

The game was developed for ten years by about 3 people. Originally it was meant for the fucking Amiga. That's right, THE AMIGA!

The camera in the LotL screenshot is facing southwest, while the camera in the Oblivion shot is facing south. Obviously they are entirely distinct.

Do they have comparison shots with the other games stolen from anywhere?

what did they rip off from WoW?

since stylewise that "game" doesn't look anything like WoW (or any other Warcraft game)

If it was originally aimed at the Amiga, wouldn't that give it a longer development time than Duke Nukem Forever ?

How normal would it be for a developer to leave no way for a publisher to contact them before the general release of their game ?

To me it looks like they are trying to hide.

That gives it a whole new level of hilarity, doesn't it?

I mean, you would expect people to hide from serious stuff, like taking a large dose of taxpayer money or after a big con. This is almost childish.

It isn't even just games they ripped off - if you see the "making of trailer" in youtube, even their concept art is traced off a freaking Dragonlance book cover...not to mention the Majestic studio's logo has got to be ripped from somewhere, it looks waaaaay to famaliar ;)

Ah, if only they had the good sense to keep it freeware, then no one would care.
I do know how to spell
AniThyng is merely the name I gave to what became my favourite Baldur's Gate II mage character :P

Given the way the RIAA, MPAA, etc have been rewriting copyright laws, this could be quite nasty for them once lawyers get involved.
