Everything's too big

I was working on both of my computers, and I think I leaned on the keyboard of one when the other was connected to the monitor.l When I moved the monitor back to the other (OS is Vista), I noticed all pictures, icons, and text were much larger, to the point that nary a web page I visit can fit horizontally in the screen. Obviously I did something when leaning on the keyboard, but I can't tell what. Can anyone tell me what I did?
